From communal area cleaning, power washing and cleaning of windows, gutters and gullies, to gardening works, roof repairs, fire safety and mechanical and electrical maintenance, all our technicians hold relevant tickets such as working from heights, using a harness and operating a hoist. We are also experienced in pedestrian management when works are in progress. We can provide a variety of services in alignment with your annual budget to provide you with the outcomes you need.
Reactive Maintenance

Our multi-skilled team can conduct a thorough assessment of your property’s plumbing and heating, electrical systems, fire compliance, insulation of external and internal walls, key structures and internal features to determine what work needs to be carried out prior the property being rented. Importantly, all checks are carried out by our in-house team and are fully certified. A comprehensive property report is then delivered via the bespoke iSurvey app, detailing the degree of investment required and providing the insight needed to help the client meet their financial targets.
