Property Fit Outs
In layman’s terms, ‘fit out’ is used to describe the process of making a property suitable to be lived in.
At Premier Irish Homes we don’t believe that completing a fit out simply means installing a roof and windows and calling it a day. When we fit out a property, we complete the job from the planning stage, right down to the finer details.
Our fit outs are ‘turnkey’ ready, meaning that once we’re finished, the tenant can move into the property immediately.
So what can we do?

Supply And Fitting Of Appliances And Furniture
We take the stress out of furnishing your properties. From living room sofas to bedroom side tables, electric kettles to power showers, we source and install everything in order to make the property as comfortable as possible for the new tenants.
Fire Proofing Works
Fitting out a property does not just mean ensuring that it’s comfortable to live in – it also means that it’s entirely safe. The most common fire proofing works include the installation of fire extinguishers and smoke alarm systems, and the fitting of fire doors in key areas.
Some larger projects also include the upgrade and installation of fire proofing materials in the roof and other important structural areas around the property.
BER Upgrades
We strongly believe that upgrading a property’s ‘Building Energy Rating’ (BER) should be a key component of every fit out.
BER upgrades can range from the installation of energy efficient heating systems, to the fitting of high quality insulation, double or triple glazed windows, and draught-proof doors. These changes can lead to huge savings for landlords and tenants alike.
As well as this, many BER upgrades can qualify for grants from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI).
Replacing Kitchens
Kitchens are a key area of a property, and a poorly planned or cramped kitchen can really damage a home’s appeal. At Premier Irish Homes, we can demolish and remove the old kitchen, and install a new modern kitchen to suit the property’s new style and layout.
Floors
Properties that have been neglected can often suffer structural damage or can have water damage to wooden floors. We can remove old wooden and concrete floors, and install new modern surfaces in concrete, tile, wood, or vinyl.
When coupled with BER upgrades for under floor heating and subsequent insulation, this can also lead to significant savings.
Internal and External works
We can also carry out any internal or external works including, but not limited to, installing footpaths, fixing external plaster, installing new garden features as well as general garden maintenance, roof repairs, electrical rewiring, internal re-plastering, painting and decorating, and chimney cleaning.
